By accessing and using the Porchty platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Porchty is a real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to collectively invest in real estate projects in Bolivia. We act as intermediaries between investors and real estate project developers.
3. Eligibility
To use our investment services, you must: be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Bolivia, provide truthful and up-to-date information, comply with identity verification requirements.
4. Investments
Investments in real estate projects carry risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Porchty does not guarantee investment returns. We recommend consulting with a financial advisor before investing.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activities carried out under your account, providing accurate and up-to-date information, complying with applicable laws in Bolivia.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Porchty and is protected by Bolivian intellectual property laws and international treaties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Porchty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount invested by the user.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of La Paz, Bolivia.
